As a special part of this WFC 2026, our Dealers Room will host a Book Fair, and be open to the public on Sunday, October 25, from 10AM to 5PM.
This is an excellent chance to gain local customers for your business!
Please be sure to bring postcards or business cards, and consider having a mailing list or signup sheet at your booth.
PLEASE NOTE: This means that Dealers will be selling up until 5PM on Sunday, so please plan your schedule accordingly if you are juried in. There will be no early pack-up on Sunday, and we will have until 10PM to break down and pack out. There may be some space available for overnight storage, if you choose to leave the hotel on Monday morning, and we will keep accepted Dealers up to date on this.
There will be a small admission charge to the public, via Eventbrite, and the attendees will be denoted by a colored wristband for entrance ONLY to the Dealers Room. Once you are juried into the room, we’ll send you a flyer and the Eventbrite link, so that you can also advertise to your customers in the area.
If you plan to attend the Banquet and Awards Ceremony, you will need to make sure your table is staffed during these times.
