SECURITY

  • WFC 2026 will take reasonable precautions for security in the exhibit area during posted dealer room hours when open to members and/or the public.
  • There will one door for entry and exit, and WFC Membership badges will be checked before entry.
  • We anticipate having an overnight security guard on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, subject to hotel policies.
  • Doors are locked at all times when the room is not open to the Membership
  • Entry to the Dealers Room after hours is strictly at the discretion of the Dealers Room Liaison; they, or a representative sent by them, will accompany you into the room.
  • The ultimate responsibility for all merchandise and exhibits resides with the owner/operator of said exhibit/dealer space. Please be aware of your inventory, keep an eye on your tables during open hours, and take reasonable precautions.
  • DO NOT LEAVE CASH IN THE DEALERS ROOM OVERNIGHT.
  • If you have valuable items, please take them to your room each night and lock them in the room safe.
  • At all times, the guards and security for the room, whether volunteers or paid staff, will be treated with respect by all.
  • If any issues arise, please contact Dealer Liaison immediately, before any situation escalates.

PLEASE NOTE: If you notice anything untoward, we ask that you please report the incident to Glennis LeBlanc, Dealer Liaison, or one of the WFC 2026 co-chairs, immediately. We will investigate the incident, according to the WFC 2026 Code of Conduct.
