Please note that the Oakland City Center is a union facility, and we must adhere to their policies. A more definitive schedule will be posted here later, and Dealers will be apprised beforehand of Union guidelines for unloading and loading.

Thursday 10/22 8AM to noon set up for Dealers
Noon to 6PM Dealers Room open to WFC Members
Friday 10/23 9AM to 10AM early entry for Dealers
10AM to 6PM Dealers Room open to WFC Members
7:30PM to 10:30PM Dealers Room open to Dealers only; for the Autograph Session from 8PM – 10PM
Saturday 10/24 9AM to 10AM early entry for Dealers
10AM to 6PM Dealers Room open to WFC Members
Sunday 10/25 9AM to 10AM early entry for Dealers
10AM to 5PM Dealers Room open to Members & Public
5PM – 10PM Room closes at 5PM / Move out
For those dealers who need to ship items home, we will have a Stamps.com table set up at Dealers Control in the Room on Saturday and Sunday. You can sign into your own Stamps.com account, print out your postage, and your boxes will be picked up on Monday and shipped out.
If you do not have a Stamps.com account, there will be an account to use which must be paid for at the time of use, via PayPal. You must bring your own packing materials, including tape, but we will have UPS and Fedex label envelopes and Handle with Care stickers.
