- The Dealers Room is located in the Grand Ballroom of the Oakland Convention Center.
- This is all on one floor, with no steps or ramps need to gain access.
- Tables and booths will be set in aisles at least 8′ apart
- Cords, outlets, and door sills will be covered with the appropriate covers for ease of traveling over them in a wheelchair, walker, or scooter.
- Items on/at/under your table must be secured in such a way that they do not cause a hazard for yourself, other dealers, and attendees. This includes keeping walkways clear of trip hazards and any items likely to fall from your table.
- Gender-neutral restrooms with wheelchair access are located outside of the Dealers Room
- There is an elevator outside of the Dealers Room that takes you to the Mezzanine. From there it is a short way, on one level, to the elevator bank that takes you back to the 1st floor lobby, or up to your room in the hotel.
