The World Fantasy Convention 2026 (hereafter “WFC 2026″) Dealers Room is a juried room. This means that you will need to apply for a table, and if your application to be in the Dealers Room is accepted, you will be billed for your membership at the same time as your table fees. Purchasing a membership does not influence acceptance in the dealer room, and all Dealers and their staff must be members of the WFC 2026 to participate.

DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIP UNTIL YOU ARE NOTIFIED YOU ARE IN THE DEALERS ROOM!

If you are interested in vending in the Dealers Room as a bookseller or publisher:

If you have been in the Dealers Room at a previous World Fantasy Convention, please note on your application as previous vendors will be given extra consideration.

Liminal Fiction will be hosting table space for indie and small press authors to sell their books. There is a small table share fee, with shared table staffing. Liminal Fiction will handle book sales, licensing and sales taxes, and will pay out authors for sales, once WFC 2026 is over.

TABLE & MEMBERSHIP FEES

If accepted into the Dealers Room, your membership fee per person is $175. Your Dealers Room Membership entitles you to all benefits of being a WFC 2026 member, and you may apply to be on Programming, suggest panel items, and participate in evening activities. If you have previously purchased a Membership at a higher price by the time you are juried in, the difference will be applied to your final table fees.

Exhibitor badges cannot be transferred, sold, or lent. They will have the individual’s name printed on them, and must be worn by all exhibitors at all times within all WFC 2026 programming and exhibition spaces. If you do not yet know who will be working with you, please use your store or company name when filling out the form. You will have until Friday, October 2 to inform us of the actual names.

Each space includes an eight-foot (8′) table, table cover, and two chairs.

1 table – $200 2nd table – additional $250 3rd table – additional $300

If you are interested in more than two tables, please inform the Dealer Liaison in your application. A third table must be approved by the Dealer Room Liaison, and determination will be made once the jurying period closes. If granted, you will be invoiced separately.
