- Please fill out a separate form for each Banquet ticket purchase
- To purchase a table of 8 dinners, please email banquet@wfc2026.org and we will send you a separate order form. All Banquet tickets will be in your registration packet to give to your guests.
- To pay for your Banquet ticket purchase, please PAYPAL treasurer@sfsfc.org; in the payment memo please write “BANQUET” and include the email address you’re using in this order form
- Please note: We wish to reassure all diners that no items will be served with peanuts, or made using peanut oil. We have asked for Canola Oil in any such circumstance.
- We will place a complete ingredients list on our website prior to the start of the WFC 2026.
- Your order will appear at the BOTTOM of this page after you hit the “Submit” button at the end of this form
